Omid Ebrahimzadeh assists companies and investors with public and private M&A transactions as well as venture capital and private equity investments. He also focuses on advising on questions of stock corporation and capital market law.
Omid studied in Berlin and Grenoble. He received his doctorate from Humboldt University Berlin with a dissertation on stock corporation law. During his doctoral studies, he worked for a leading German law firm in the areas of M&A, corporate law, and venture capital. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin.
Omid is a corporate associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
