Berlin, February 18, 2025 – Morrison Foerster has advised Nanofilm Technologies International Limited (“NTI Nanofilm”), a leading provider of nanotechnology solutions headquartered in Singapore and listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX: MZH), on its acquisition of all shares in EC Europ Coating GmbH, Hohenlockstedt (Germany), and MC Europ Coating GmbH, Tuttlingen, (Germany) (“Europcoating Group”). Europcoating Group is engaged in the provision of advanced thin-film coatings for decorative and functional applications, mainly serving the luxury, high-end decorative industry as well as other consumer and medical markets in Europe. The acquisition is part of NTI Nanofilm’s broader strategic growth initiative that aims to accelerate NTI Nanofilm’s business expansion in Europe.
