Monika Obal is a counsel at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and on general corporate matters.Monika studied law at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Before joining Morrison Foerster she worked at the Freie Universität Berlin as a research assistant in the area of insurance, international and company law. Her doctoral thesis deals with corporate governance issues of insurance companies.

Einen weiteren Fokus legt er auf die Beratung zu Fragen des Aktien- und Kapitalmarktrechts.Omid Ebrahimzadeh studierte in Berlin und in Grenoble. Er promovierte an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin zu einem aktienrechtlichen Thema. Promotionsbegleitend arbeitete er in einer führenden deutschen Großkanzlei im Bereich M&A, Gesellschaftsrecht und Venture Capital. Omid Ebrahimzadeh assists companies and investors with public and private M&A transactions as well as venture capital and private equity investments. He also focuses on advising on questions of stock corporation and capital market law.Omid studied in Berlin and Grenoble. He received his doctorate from Humboldt University Berlin with a dissertation on stock corporation law. During his doctoral studies, he worked for a leading German law firm in the areas of M&A, corporate law, and venture capital. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin.Omid is a corporate associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
