Monika Obal is a counsel at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and on general corporate matters.
Monika studied law at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Before joining Morrison Foerster she worked at the Freie Universität Berlin as a research assistant in the area of insurance, international and company law. Her doctoral thesis deals with corporate governance issues of insurance companies.
