Adi Kamdar is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Adi’s practice focuses on helping clients navigate cutting edge issues related to the internet and technology, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, Section 230, computer security laws, and the First Amendment.

Adi is passionate about the intersection of technology, law, and policy. Prior to joining the firm, Adi was an associate at the litigation boutique Durie Tangri LLP. He began his legal career as a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, where he worked on litigation related to free speech online, press freedom, and government transparency. Before pursuing his law degree, Adi was an activist at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and advocated on issues of privacy, speech, and intellectual property policy.
