BERLIN ‒ October 11, 2023. Morrison Foerster advised H2 Equity Partners, based in London and Amsterdam, on the sale of hybrid technology experts TB&C to Delta Electronics, working alongside the Dutch law firm Houthoff Coöperatief U.A. The team, led by partner Dr. Jörg Meissner, previously advised H2 Equity on its entry into the TB&C Group.
TB&C, headquartered in Germany, develops industry-leading hybrid technologies for mechanical components used across automotive, industrial, and medical applications. The transaction is expected to enhance Delta Electronics’ electric vehicle battery management system capabilities by integrating TB&C’s technologies into Delta’s automotive component product lines.
