2022 USD Class Action Law Forum

MoFo is a proud sponsor of the 4th Annual Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum™, held in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law. This event brings together class action and mass tort practitioners to hear valuable insights from a prestigious faculty of speakers and panelists, including sitting federal judges and top defense and plaintiffs’ attorneys. The Class Action Law Forum benefits the Keith F. Park Endowed Scholarship Fund at the University of San Diego School of Law.

On March 16th, Julie Park will speak on the panel “The Intersection Between Class Action, MDLs and JCCP.”

On March 17th, Bill Tarantino will speak on “Special Challenges in Managing Large Mass Tort Cases” and Jessica Grant will speak on “Best Practices for Preparing For and Going to Trial.” Tiffany Cheung will speak on "Consumer Class Actions," and to close out the evening Claudia Vetesi will speak on “Settlement & Notice/Claims Trends.”

On March 18th, Erin Bosman will speak on “Discovery in the Age of COVID - Remote Depos & E-Discovery.” Brad Wine will speak on "Health and Wellness Panel," before Erin moderates the "Chief Judges Roundtable" discussion.
