Zin Nakam advises companies and investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate law issues. She has a particular focus on advising clients on capital markets law, including general capital markets compliance and security issuances.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Zin worked for a leading U.S. law firm in its Frankfurt and New York offices where she focused on ECM and DCM transactions.
Zin is a Senior Associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
