Timon advises companies in various industries, including the TMT, banking, and finance sectors on all issues of antitrust, regulatory, and foreign trade law.
Timon’s practice focuses, inter alia, on investment control, compliance with sanctions regimes, and antitrust law in the digital economy.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, he worked as a legal trainee at the Foreign and Security Policy Department of the German Federal Chancellery, in the area of competition and foreign trade law at an international law firm in Berlin, and at the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa in Nairobi.
Timon studied in Heidelberg and Uppsala and was a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law during his doctoral studies.
Timon is an associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our Litigation Department.
