Raffaele Mazza is a senior associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin. He advises German and international clients on commercial real estate transactions as well as on the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios and on corporate real estate and legal asset management matters. He particularly focuses on property acquisition and commercial tenancy law advice. His experience includes office buildings, residential properties, retail properties, hotels, warehouses, logistic properties, onshore windfarms, and nursing homes.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster Raffaele Mazza worked in the real estate practice of an international law firm for several years.
He studied law at Trier University and the University of Sheffield. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the topic of “The Unavoidable Error of Law and the Trust in Legal Advice in European, German and French Antitrust Law.”
