  • The acquisition and eventual sale to Berkshire Partners of FoodChain ID, a food inspection and certification company.
  • The acquisition of Wawona Packing Company, a supplier of high-quality stone fruit, and its business combination with Gerawan Farming.

Advised WireCo WorldGroup on its over $1 billion debt and equity recapitalization, including the refinancing of $825 million of existing debt and a $260 million majority equity investment by Onex Capital.
