Jack Bai is an associate in the firm’s Finance group, and regularly represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and financial institutions in U.S. and cross border deals including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and syndicated lending.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Jack was a banking & finance lawyer for prominent international law firms in both Hong Kong and Australia, focusing on cross-border and corporate finance transactions. He obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) from Berkeley Law (Dean’s List) and also holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honors) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sydney.
