Ferdinand’s practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, as well as other general corporate matters.
Ferdinand received his J.D. and P.C.LL. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2019 and 2020, respectively, where he was placed on the Dean’s List, named a Silver Scholar and received the Gallant Ho Prize in Law.
Ferdinand is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
