MoFo partners Rich Hung and Bita Rahebi have been named in the 2024 edition of IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM). According to the publication, the IAM Strategy 300 identifies individuals “leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios.”
Rich Hung is global co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Litigation Department, and previously co-led the firm’s IP Litigation Group and the cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property Group for over a decade. He has overseen cases seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages and has litigated more than a dozen cases to jury verdict or final award. Rich combines his experience as an electrical engineer with his knowledge as a registered patent lawyer and former Federal Circuit clerk to lead complex technology matters for clients in state and federal trials and appellate courts.
Bita Rahebi, co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Global IP Litigation Group and the cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property Group, and co-leader of its Semiconductor Industry Group, helps the world’s most innovative technology companies protect their most valuable assets. She provides strategic direction and leads complex, high-stakes litigation matters. She litigates before state and federal trial courts, the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission on a wide range of matters involving semiconductors, software, consumer electronics, medical devices, and standard essential patents.
