Bita Rahebi and Brian Michael Named on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s List of Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys

The Los Angeles Business Journal named Bita Rahebi and Brian Michael on its 2024 list of Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys. The list honors the most noteworthy litigation and trial professionals in the greater Los Angeles area based on their professional achievements, community leadership, milestones, and notable accomplishments.

Bita Rahebi co-chairs Morrison Foerster’s global IP Litigation and cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property practices and co-leads its Semiconductor Industry group. The world’s largest and most innovative technology companies turn to Bita for her trial skills and her strategic direction leading complex, high-stakes litigation matters. Bita litigates before state and federal trial courts, the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission on a wide range of matters involving semiconductors, software, consumer electronics, medical devices, and standard essential patents.

Brian Michael, a partner in Morrison Foerster’s Investigations + White Collar Defense Group and the global chair of the firm’s Ethics + Compliance practice, draws upon his more than two decades of high-profile experience as an in-house leader, in private practice, and as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York and the Central District of California to represent entities and individuals in high-profile, high-stakes, white-collar criminal cases, internal investigations, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, complex litigation, and trials. Brian’s practice also focuses on providing crisis management and compliance counseling on a range of sensitive issues, including on anti-corruption, cybersecurity, fintech, trade sanctions, and workplace conduct matters.
