Tiffany Cheung Selected as a 2024 MCCA Rainmaker
Tiffany Cheung has been selected as a 2024 Rainmaker by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). In its annual list, MCCA honors diverse attorneys from across the nation who have achieved success through innovative business development, built a proven and compelling book of business, and demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to the community.
Tiffany is the former co-chair of MoFo’s 350+ global Litigation Department as well as the Class Actions + Mass Torts Practice Group. Clients seek out Tiffany for her successful track record in defending class action claims on behalf of clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and consumer product companies. She represents numerous Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation involving privacy and marketing claims in courts throughout the United States.
Tiffany is a dedicated champion for diversity both at MoFo and in the broader legal community. She currently serves on MoFo’s Women’s Strategy Committee (and formerly co-chaired this committee) and works closely with other firm leaders to ensure that the advancement of women is a constant strategic priority. Outside of the firm, Tiffany is a member of the Judiciary Committee for the Asian American Bar Association of the Bay Area and former board member of the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Justice & Diversity Center.
Additionally, Tiffany plays a leading role in the firm’s pro bono efforts. She contributes to numerous pro bono matters and has led teams that secured successful immigration petitions on behalf of domestic violence survivors and successful guardianship petitions to promote the welfare of children.
