An article, co-authored by Michael O’Bryan, Dirk Besse, Spencer Klein, Joy McIntyre, Alexander Okuliar, Eric Akira Tate, Teresa Tate, among others, titled “M&A in 2022 and Trends for 2023” was awarded the Top Article honor in Antitrust & Trade Regulation and M&A. - James Koukios – White-Collar Defense: James is co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Defense Group and also serves as co-head of the FCPA + Global Anti-Corruption Practice. He is lead editor of Morrison Foerster’s award-winning monthly Top 10 International Anti-Corruption Developments newsletter (subscribe), which summarizes important international anti-corruption law and enforcement developments from the past month, with links to primary resources, for busy in-house counsel, compliance professionals, and anti-corruption lawyers.
