Alexis is a skilled class action and commercial litigator who has extensive experience in complex mass consumer class actions, along with federal MDL proceedings and state court‑coordinated proceedings. She also regularly counsels clients on pre-litigation strategy, product launches, and risk management, including government investigations. Whether in the courtroom, at trial, or on the ground advising the business, global tech companies and household names regularly call on Alexis to represent them in their highest exposure, complex mass consumer class actions and commercial matters in the United States and beyond.
Alexis maintains a deep commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession, serving as the co-chair of the firmwide Diversity Strategy Committee, the former San Francisco office hiring partner, and a founding member of the Latinx and Women of Color affinity groups. Alexis also plays a leading role in MoFo’s pro bono matters, providing legal assistance and advice to aid MoFo’s efforts to reunify migrant families and ensure representation for legitimate asylum seekers. Her commitment to pro bono has been a hallmark of her vocation, working on at least one active pro bono matter on behalf of the Latino community each year for the entirety of her career.
