Daralyn’s track record has resulted in numerous, consistent recognitions from leading national publications.
The CLA highlighted Daralyn’s “four back-to-back wins in post-COVID in-person jury trials,” her success obtaining “a plaintiff-side jury verdict of $178 million in past damages in a patent infringement case,” and her securing of “defense verdicts in major cases involving copyright or trademark infringement claims for Redbubble and Activision/Blizzard” when announcing her inclusion.
Daralyn has been named among the Top 10 Intellectual Property Lawyers in the United States by Chambers, which reports that she is “out-of-this-world good. She has great instincts, is a great thinker and is just phenomenal.” She was also selected by Law360 as an Icon of IP and IP MVP, and she was listed as a Top Lawyer in California and across the United States by Benchmark Litigation, and the Daily Journal.
