Daily Journal Names Tiffany Cheung to its List of Leading Commercial Litigators in 2023

San Francisco partner Tiffany Cheung has been named a Leading Commercial Litigator in 2023 by the Daily Journal. The list recognizes the achievements of the top commercial litigators making an impact in California, as well as their advancements in the legal industry.

A skilled class action litigator, Tiffany has a remarkable track record of defending industry-leading clients in their most complex consumer class actions. Whether she’s addressing an unexpected cybersecurity incident or claims attacking a client’s core business, Tiffany consistently steers high-profile class action matters toward success.

An active leader both at the firm and in the broader legal community, Tiffany currently serves on MoFo’s Women’s Strategy Committee and works closely with other firm leaders to ensure that the advancement of women is a constant strategic priority. Tiffany is also the former co-chair of MoFo’s global Litigation Department as well as co-chair of the Class Action + Mass Torts Practice Group. Outside the firm, Tiffany is a member of the Judiciary Committee for the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area and a former member of the board of the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Justice & Diversity Center.

In addition to her practice, Tiffany plays a leading role in the firm’s pro bono efforts. She represents numerous pro bono clients and has led teams that secured successful immigration petitions on behalf of domestic violence survivors and successful guardianship petitions to ensure the protection of children.

Tiffany was also recently named one of the 2021 “Top Women Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal, and is ranked in commercial litigation by Chambers USA, and in marketing and advertising by The Legal 500.
