Morrison Foerster held its inaugural Tech Law Summit which brought together lawyers, technologists, investors, and policymakers to discuss the ever-evolving world of technology on December 12 in San Francisco.
The full-day event themed “Innovation Under Regulation,” served as a platform to enable dialogue and the exchange of ideas among those advancing innovation, managing compliance, drafting policy, and overseeing regulations.
The summit kicked off with a post-election analysis featuring Martha Raddatz, Chief Global Affairs Correspondent of ABC News. The keynote set the stage for many enlightening conversations exploring how shifting dynamics and emerging trends in governance and policy could impact the tech industry.
The day closed with a fireside chat with Casey Newton, co-host of The New York Times Hard Fork podcast, and Nilay Patel, Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, The Verge.
Stay tuned! We will announce the date of our next Tech Law Summit here soon.
