Before joining MoFo’s Litigation Department, Zachary worked as a law clerk at the L.A. District Attorney’s Office Consumer Protection Division, where he worked on a variety of complex consumer and environmental issues. Zachary analyzed and organized data sets for environmental matters, in addition to researching issues of jurisdiction and U.S. federal preemption.
Zachary received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, where he served as the Academic Support Chair for the Latinx Law Students Association and the Chief Development Editor of the Chicanx-Latinx Law Review.
Zachary received his B.A., summa cum laude, in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the College Honors Program, the Golden Key International Honor Society, and the Tau Sigma National Honors Society.
