Yuting’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, cross-border litigation, and economic sanctions and export controls. She has represented a number of major banks and listed companies in trademark infringement and securities litigation cases before courts of the United States, and advised banks and multinational enterprises on economic sanctions and export controls risks. Yuting has experience in assisting financial institutions in responding to investigations relating to government sanctions. In addition, she has regularly advised multinational enterprises in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other fields of life sciences in connection with internal investigations.
Prior to joining MoFo, Yuting worked at a leading international law firm for three years. She completed an externship at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York
