Tamara Wiesebron’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation—including class actions, product liability and transactional disputes—across a variety of industries. Tamara has experience with drafting substantive motions, handling fact discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial for antitrust and commercial litigation matters. She also has trial experience, including both taking and second-chairing direct and cross-examinations, both in federal court and in arbitration. Before joining MoFo’s Litigation Department, Tamara was a litigation and antitrust associate at an international law firm headquartered in New York City.
Tamara graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was senior executive editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and a member of the Berkeley Immigration Group. While in law school, Tamara served as a law clerk at a community law center, where she drafted complaints, discovery requests and responses, and demand letters for clients facing litigation in debt and identity theft cases. She was also a law clerk for the Oakland Unified School District in Oakland, California. Tamara volunteered at the Centro Legal de la Raza, consulting with Spanish-speaking clients facing legal issues in employment and housing.
