Tait Anderson is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group and based in the San Francisco office.
Tait received a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While in law school, Tait participated in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. In the clinic, he worked on copyright, surveillance technology, and First Amendment issues. He also participated in the Startup Law Initiative, assisting new companies through incorporation.
Tait earned a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, summa cum laude, with high distinction from the University of Minnesota.
