Sydney Stancik is a Capital Markets associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where she represents both issuers and underwriters in securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements. In addition, Sydney advises public company clients regarding compliance with the U.S. federal securities laws and the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
Sydney also represents public and private companies on a variety of general corporate governance matters.
Sydney received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance and in-house for a large public company.
