Ryan Grandeau is an associate in the Finance Group in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office. He represents banks and other financial institutions in the structuring and documentation of a variety of commercial finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated senior acquisition financings, asset-based loan facilities, and cash flow facilities.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as the submissions editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was a summer associate at Morrison Foerster.
