Robin Gimm is an associate in the San Diego office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Robin worked as a corporate associate representing emerging companies though every stage of their lifecycle and venture capital funds with their investments. Her work with emerging companies focuses on corporate formation, equity and debt financings, and general corporate advising, including counseling boards of directors on governance matters. Robin also advises venture capital funds in connection with their investments in emerging companies across a broad range of industries.
Robin received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While attending Columbia, she served as the Treasurer for the Columbia Law Review and the Caravan Chair for the Society for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. Robin earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Williams College.
