Noah Edmondson is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory & Governance practices.
Noah represents both issuers and underwriters in connection with offerings of equity and debt securities, including follow-on offerings and private placements. He regularly advises non-listed REIT clients with respect to compliance with U.S. federal securities laws, state Blue Sky laws, and FINRA rules. Noah also advises public and private companies and boards of directors on corporate governance and general securities law compliance, such as Exchange Act reporting and listing requirements.
