Morgan Mitruka is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Litigation Department, based in the San Francisco office.
Morgan received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. During law school, she served as a senior notes and comments editor for the UC Davis Law Review and worked as a torts teaching assistant for the Academic Success Program. Prior to joining the firm, Morgan was a judicial extern for California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye and clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of California. Morgan was also a summer associate at Morrison Foerster.
