Liam McKillop is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group in the New York office. Liam represents various types of borrowers and lenders in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including acquisitions and leveraged finance, fund finance, project finance, and asset-based finance.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, he was an associate in the corporate department of a boutique law firm in New York. Liam obtained his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, he was an articles editor for the Cardozo International Comparative, Ethics, and Policy Law Review, where he also had his Note published.
