Jonas Gnauert is an associate in the Berlin office of Morrison Foerster. He advises companies on corporate and M&A matters with a focus on national and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, and corporate litigation.
Jonas studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and spent a semester abroad in Istanbul. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg with stages in Potsdam, Berlin, and Hamburg. In his doctoral thesis in capital markets law he examined the liability for wrongful sustainability information. Before joining the firm as an associate, he supported Morrison Foerster during his legal clerkship, and worked as a research assistant at other major law firms.
