Daria Werner advises German and international clients on proceedings that are often of a cross‑border nature, both before national courts and in cases of extrajudicial dispute resolution, concerning contractual and commercial law issues.
Her particular focus is also on international commercial and investment arbitration relating to the technology and energy sector.
Daria Werner studied law at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Auckland in New Zealand. During her studies, she worked at the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law and at the German Society for International Cooperation.
Daria is an associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our Litigation Group.
