Brendan Inman represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, construction lending, development projects, commercial leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.
Brendan has worked with clients, including lenders, borrowers, commercial tenants, and developers, in transactions involving a wide variety of assets, including office, residential, retail, self-storage, research and development, and industrial real estate, leasehold interests, condominium interests, and mezzanine interests.
Brendan also represents lenders in providing credit facilities to private equity funds and REITs, including domestic and international subscription lines of credit and borrowing base facilities.
Brendan earned his J.D. cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he served as articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law, worked as a teaching assistant for a contracts law professor, and conducted research for the American Law Institute Restatement Third of Employment Law.
