Bo Sarzynska represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, and development of a wide variety of commercial real estate assets across the United States. She also has experience in the fund finance space, working with both lenders and borrowers in connection with credit facilities, including subscription lines of credit, unsecured lines of credit, and borrowing base facilities for private equity funds and REITs. Bo also advises clients in workouts and restructurings of troubled loans.
