Aron Leimbach advises German and international clients on all aspects of commercial real estate law. His practice is focused on domestic and cross-jurisdictional real estate transactions and property development projects as well as on real estate asset management.

Aron studied Law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at Sciences Po Paris. He worked as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg and was a member of the Otto-Hahn-Group on Financial Regulation at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich. During his legal clerkship, he also spent some time working on securities regulation at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Aron read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at New College, Oxford.

Aron is an associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
