Andrew represents entrepreneurs, venture capital and private equity investors, and financial and strategic acquirers. His practice focuses on advising startups throughout their entire lifecycle from incorporation to IPO and investors and acquirers in connection with their investments in and acquisitions of venture-backed startups.
A Silicon Valley native, Andrew graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where he was an article editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, a research assistant for Cass Sunstein, and a student-attorney advising founders and early-stage startups on incorporation, financing, tax, and employment matters.
