In Spring 2024, Morrison Foerster once again partnered with Corporate Counsel to launch a 27-question benchmarking survey of in-house counsel querying organizational, individual, and departmental attitudes and approaches to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. The now-annual study and report, “GCs and ESG: Practices, Priorities, and Perspectives,” measures shifts, values, and best practices used by U.S. corporations, governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
