The next episode of The Regulators: Conversations with National Security Decision-Makers, featuring Andrea Gacki, Director of the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)

WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 30, 2024) – Morrison Foerster, in conjunction with Lawfare, released the next installment of The Regulators, an event series and podcast that introduces the public to key regulators who oversee the U.S. government’s tools to protect national and economic security.

The podcast is hosted by Brandon L. Van Grack, co-chair of MoFo’s National Security Practice, former U.S. Department of Justice national security official, and contributing editor at Lawfare, with Scott Anderson, Lawfare’s general counsel and senior editor. Episodes appear as a special series on the daily feed of The Lawfare Podcast.

The Regulators’ guest was Director of FinCEN Andrea Gacki, who discussed new rules and regulations, the Whistleblower Program, the largest settlement in FinCEN’s history, export controls, and multilateral engagement.
