Bita Rahebi Named a Woman Leader in Tech Law at the 2024 California Legal Awards

MoFo partner Bita Rahebi has been recognized as a Woman Leader in Tech Law (Intellectual Property) at The Recorder’s 2024 California Legal Awards. The annual awards celebrate the achievements of lawyers and companies leading technology, innovation, and the profession.

As a co-chair of MoFo’s global Intellectual Property Litigation Group and cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property Group, Bita leads complex, high-stakes litigation matters for the world’s largest and most innovative technology companies. She also co-leads the firm’s Semiconductor Industry Group.

Bita’s contributions go beyond her private practice in her commitment to ensure women intellectual property lawyers have equal opportunities to lead trials.
