Morrison Foerster advised long-term client Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) in the pending sale of its stake in FanDuel Group to Flutter Entertainment plc (LSE: FLTR) for total cash consideration of $1.755 billion. The closing is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
