James Koukios spoke to Law360 about the Trump administration's pullback on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement and how it is affecting companies' decisions to voluntarily disclose potential violations of the anti-bribery law.
James said, "It's always been a gamble on whether to self-report or not, but at least before there was a playbook to follow with rules of engagement. Right now, I don't think there is a playbook. So it's a bit more of a gamble than it was before."
