Amid shifting views on ESG, investors retain climate focus: Berkeley Climate Summit

Christin Hill was quoted in ESG Dive’s article that covered the Berkeley Corporate + Climate Summit on March 11. She was in the open session “Anti-ESG Pushback and Evolving Litigation Risks” with Aron Cramer, President and CEO, Business for Social Responsibility.

“Most companies have DEI practices,” Christin said. “Some are abandoning them. But the legality of those practices is on the table, and whenever the legality of your practices is being publicly questioned, you will have shareholders on different sides of the spectrum.”
