Justin Haan, Reid Knabe, and Evangeline Phang were featured in a Chambers Associate practice area highlight, discussing how MoFo’s cutting-edge practice at the intersection of technology transactions and AI is shaping the future—and how law students can stay ahead of the curve.
“Our technology transactions practice has a culture of ‘geeking out’ on the latest technologies and taking a deep dive into learning about new businesses,” Justin said. “Accordingly, staying up to date on the latest developments in technology and the law is invaluable.”
“The rise in AI has had a huge impact on our existing client base,” Reid added. “Most of our clients have a real appetite to integrate AI into their existing business and workflows, even if they aren’t ‘AI companies.’”
“Early in my career, I found it fascinating to see how legal and commercial considerations intersected with the development of cutting-edge products.” Evangeline said. “Working with companies building AI tools and platforms felt like a natural extension of that experience.”
