- Rock band KISS in the sale of its assets to Pophouse Entertainment Group;

- Real estate investor United Dominion Realty Trust in several private lawsuits claiming it conspired to fix rents using RealPage’s revenue management software—in addition to a lawsuit filed by the Washington, D.C. attorney general.
