Lorenzo Marinuzzi Named an Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts

Turnarounds & Workouts has recognized Lorenzo Marinuzzi, global co-chair of MoFo’s Business Restructuring + Insolvency Group, as an Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer for 2024. Lorenzo is one of only 15 lawyers in the United States and Canada to receive the honor.

The publication cited Lorenzo’s numerous achievements this year. He served as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors of American Tire Distributors in its Chapter 11 proceedings in Delaware; the official committee of unsecured creditors of Accuride; and the official committee of unsecured creditors of Wesco Aircraft Holdings in Chapter 11 proceedings and litigation, reaching a settlement on behalf of creditors who were initially believed to have no realistic prospect of recovery.

Lorenzo represents debtors, creditors, and creditors’ committees in complex bankruptcy cases, workouts, and litigation. His outstanding work has also been recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 US.
