Bonnie Lau Once Again Named a Top Antitrust Lawyer by Daily Journal
For the third time in recent years, the Daily Journal has named partner Bonnie Lau to its list of 2024 Top Antitrust Lawyers. This recognition honors leading California lawyers who specialize in plaintiff, defense, and government antitrust work.
Bonnie is the co-head of MoFo’s San Francisco Litigation Department. A dynamic trial lawyer, she helps clients navigate internal and government antitrust investigations, enforcement proceedings, and class action litigation. Clients recommend Bonnie as “thoughtful and detail-oriented” and a “master strategist” who “excels in delivering pragmatic and business-forward advice for her clients” (Chambers USA, 2024). Bonnie advises clients across a range of industries that face government scrutiny or allegations of anticompetitive conduct, including technology, manufacturing, media, real estate, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services.
Bonnie also devotes herself to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal community, driving this change as vice chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Women.Connected Committee and co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Network for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
The Daily Journal has consistently recognized that Bonnie stands out among her peers, naming her to its Top Antitrust Lawyers for 2021 and 2022 and its Top 100 Lawyers in California in 2022 and 2024.
The Daily Journal profiled Bonnie and the other winning lawyers in a special Top Antitrust Lawyers issue, published on December 4, 2024.
