Morrison Foerster advised Tex-Tech Industries, Inc., a global supplier of materials science-based solutions, on government contracts and national security matters related to its purchase of Fiber Materials, Inc. from Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jet. Fiber Materials is an industry leader in high-temperature materials and reinforced composites.
