Michael is a former SEC Senior Trial Counsel who represents U.S. and global financial institutions, including commercial and investment banks, audit and accounting firms, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and securities issuers facing internal and government investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and private civil litigation.

Drawing on her experience as a former SEC Senior Trial Counsel, Haima represents public and private companies, financial services providers, and individuals in SEC, CFTC, FINRA, and internal investigations, as well as other related litigation. She has extensive experience litigating in federal, state, and administrative courts, leading complex negotiations, and representing her clients in mediation.
Craig serves as co-chair of MoFo’s Investigations + White Collar Defense and ESG + Sustainability practice groups.
