MoFo advised Sagewind Capital LLC, a government technology-focused U.S. private equity firm, on government and regulatory matters related to its majority investment in Sabel Systems Technology Solutions LLC ("Sabel"), a leading provider of digital R&D, acquisition and sustainment solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies.
Sabel is Sagewind’s eighth platform investment in the government technology sector, marking its sixth active government technology platform investments. The firm is focused on long-term capital appreciation and has the flexibility to own businesses for extended periods.
